During a lengthy recovery from serious injuries, my day was spent walking to a local mission breakfast and church service, sharing lunch and then returning or once a week walking up a steep hill to a walking area in a parking lot before returning to my home. During an extremely hot day, I might rest in the shade with my book for writing or sketch a design on a reuseable envelope.
