“SIMMER” Cream of Carrot Soup
5 large carrots 1 onion 1 medium sized potatoes or more
Saute carrots in oil for 2o minutes;
Season with curry powder and dried dill weed
Chop onion and potato for Saute 10 minutes.
Add 1 ½ cups consume or vegetable broth for “Simmer”
Measure ½ cup milk or cream for addition too
Heat to low boil for Service as Enjoy.
