The first order for Custom T-shirt started over one month ago in March. The order for the design in baby and toddler sizes was canceled because Zazzle said the image was damaged and only a picture of a Tshirt . The confusion had to be resolved by the Designer after Zazzle sent a letter accusing the collaborater of the stencil with using an image belonging to someone else and asked if he had copyright permission. Zazzle sent a letter of apology to the Collaborater of the design and offered 50% off the new order as the order as canceled . The Designer is trying to buy the
" PuzzleourTurtle " fantasy character in Custom T-shirt for my granddaughter who has her first appearance in the Houseoftheredmug Etsy Shop as
" Lilly So Sagebrush" . The first try of the new order discovered that the $10 coupon had been lost awarded to the Designer for one year of the FilthydirtybuttonArt Shop in zazzle.com. A new letter was written to Zazzle Help with the complaint and the $10 coupon was returned. My collaborator has given up and said " we are good for Tshirts for awhile." I have asked permission to order "1" Tshirt of Custom T-shirt as the stencil of PuzzleourTurtle is our first design stencil collaboration. I asked for a choice of pink or Heather grey but do not have a reply and the order has to be sent in the next few days. The photographic image of PuzzleourTurtle for Custom T-shirt is of the stencil completion on a white Tshirt immediately after completion as the Mom of my granddaughter also a contributer and Adviser to the FilthydirtybuttonArt shop encouraged the Designer to take the photograph and watched as I, Maulo, signed.

Edited April 23, 2017 The second try of the order could not add the coupon code therefore a third letter was written to Zazzle for the credit on account.

Edited April 27, 2017 A new coupon code was sent April 26 and I was able to add the coupon code to the Saved Order reducing the costs by $10 with the anniversary Zazzle coupon. The email sent from Zazzle to Patrick, who will receive the shipped order, was also sent to myself April 27 requesting Patrick review the order and the images for screen printing into Zazzle Tshirt design manufacturing from designs from the filthydirtybuttonArt Shop. My confirmation to Zazzle Help for the designs from the filthydirtybuttonArt Shop are accurate was sent to Zazzle with a " thank you". Zazzle's reply is "You're welcome. " The note from Zazzle Help suggests Zazzle's gratitude for choosing Zazzle.
